Water treatment against floating particles and greases

If you look for a solution to separate grease from water, remove primary solids, we provide floatation units with continuous extraction of particles. The system is spreading micro bubbles injected at inflow, thanks to the control of pressure in the dissolved air deposit.

Our floating equipments 

The clarification flotation device works by indirect or direct pressurization. We provide different types of flotation devices depending on the purpose of the device. We have clarification flotation units, which are essential for drinking water purification for example. And flotation units for sludge thickening. 

Our degreasing flotation systems

The purpose of a flotation unit is to remove solids larger than 200 µm or 300 µm, through a gravity settling system. We are often talking about materials such as sand, gravel and certain mineral materials. The interest is to provide the best protection to the machines located downstream of the water treatment by avoiding the problems of erosion and the risks of clogging. 

For the treatment of wastewater, we have manufactured models that allow the extraction of an important quantity of water present in the mineral matter while limiting the quantity of harmful organic matter. Moreover, our devices are particularly useful during secondary treatments and perform well in terms of oxygen transfer between sludge.

Our floatation/degreasing devices are optimized for the degreasing of sewage water, the treatment of wastewater in wastewater treatment plants and the treatment of food and restaurant water. They work thanks to a degreasing tank which retains the floating grease on the surface of the cleaner water. The water is then collected in a draining tank.
