Our fine mesh screens

The JC France industrie fine mesh screen range is adapted for wastewater treatment plants, drinking water plants, industrials plants, pump protection before irrigation, inflow and out flow piscifactories, either for reuse water process.

The equipments are designed for big or small flows. The square mesh has the advantage to get an hight percentage of opening area ( in comparation with a bar screen ) that allows to deal with very big flows.

The mesh until 80 microns of opening size can collect very small suspended solids.

The waste is removed by a backwash system with pressured water or air. Depending of the plant the mesh filter frame can be produced in vertical position or inclined from 30° to 70°.

For some applications we are able to produce a special honeycomb mesh that’s suitable for collecting algae in big quantities.

The equipment immersed parts, are nylon that allows the chain sliding instead of having a gear wheel, source of mecanic damages.

Our vertical mesh fine screen

Our vertical fine mesh screens are manufactured in stainless steel with a reinforced mesh for the separation of fine particles.

The conception has been thoughtful allowing a very quick and easy installation, with a low maintenance, a low energy cost with a continuous use.

The back wash working by pump supply, is removing the particles from the mesh.

We provide belt conveying systems, compacting screws conveyors , or horizontal fine screens conveying system of waste collection.

The main design of inclined mesh screen is the same as vertical model that bring the same efficiency in piscifactories, irrigation, pump protection, industrial and urban water treatment etc…

The angle of inclination can be design on demand depending of the situation.

Thanks to their lateral feets articulated with shafts, the mesh fine screen can be lifted in horizontal position out of chanel with the lifting motorized system.

Without any need of crane, the machines is lifted out of chanel giving access to chanel or equipment maintenance.
